For Non-Subscribers
Non-subscribers can access basic features (swing analysis, real-time observation, ChatBot) by purchasing Coins.
Coin Usage
- 1 ChatBot question = 1 Coin
- Swing analysis with report = 10 Coins per test
For Subscribers
- Access to all app features
- Monthly subscribers receive 500 Coins
- Annual subscribers receive 7,500 Coins
- ChatBot questions: Unlimited (no Coin cost) but subject to fair use policy (max 1,500 questions/month)
- Swing analysis with report = 10 Coins per test
Subscription Pricing
- Monthly: $19.99/month (first month at $19.99 for new members)
- Annual: $199/year
Fair Use Policy
System may suspend ChatBot access if exceeding 1,500 questions/month. For assistance, contact help@xtimeai.com.

Non-Refundable Service Units
All Coins are immediately consumed when used and cannot be refunded when:
- Subscription is canceled (via Apple Settings only)
- Account is lost/inactive
- Service is discontinued (with 90-day notice at our website)
Key Conditions
- Unused Coins expire after 3 years of inactivity
- We may adjust Coin pricing/utility with 30-day notice
- EU users: 14-day cooling-off period applies only to unused subscription fees (not spent Coins)
By subscribing, you agree these Coins are service access tokens with no cash value.
By registering an account through login and profile submission, you expressly acknowledge and agree to:
- Having read and understood these Terms in their entirety
- Entering into a legally binding agreement
- Waiving any right to claim unawareness of these Terms
